What is a re-Design?
Included in our unlimited web maintenance packages, are re-designs. A website needs to stay not only updated but fresh. So when a site needs it, we freshen or totally redesign the site at no extra charge.

Do you design MySpace sites?
Sorry, no we do not design, upload, download, or visit MySpace sites. However we know a web designer we highly recommend who does. Contact us and we will be happy to give you the information, or visit our links page.

Do you create MySpace badges?
Yes we do. We create sets of signature badges for you to use on MySpace sites.

Do you design php forums and message boards?
At this time we do not. However we have two designers we can recommend that does. Contact us and we will be happy to give you the information, or visit our links page.

Do you install Wordpress?
At this time only if you have a site with us, or you have a c-panel with fantastico services. If you aren't sure we can take a look at your hosting panel and let you know.

Do you install Wordpress Plugins and Widgets?
Yes we do. If you have wordpress send us the desired list of plugins and/or widgets and we will install them for you.

If I provide the graphics will you design my site?
Only if the graphics are yours. We do not use or design with trademarked and copyrighted images or graphics. We will not design your site with celebrities, Disney, Nascar, etc.

How many drafts am I allowed with my design order?
Generally two. It is natural to do tweaking on the first draft. If after the second draft, if you order more changes then we will set up a separate invoice for time allotment.

How much do I have to pay upfront?
Half for larger jobs such as site design or branding packages. For smaller orders such as banners, business cards, etc. you pay nothing upfront.

When do I pay?
Once we are ready to begin working on your design we will contact you and will set up the first installment then.

How do I pay?
We prefer Paypal/USD, and will send you an invoice. As an alternative we do except checks and money orders. However no work will begin until the check or money order has cleared. Please Note: All counterfeit checks and money orders are turned over to the U.S. Postal Inspectors and FBI and prosecuted under federal jurisdiction.

Do you have to put your name at the bottom of the template?
No, you can purchase a licensing fee to remove it. However we retain the right to use a screenshot of the design in our portfolio as an example of our work
